Organization computation on the web

A binary distribution of the software integrated into the Systems Biology Workbench can be downloaded from here. A list of known issues can be found here. Currently only SMBL-models up to level 2 version 1 are supported.
Please note that, depending on your internet connection, loading of additional classes may take while.
To be able to load SBML-Files from a URL or to use the integration into the BioModels Database you need to trust the applet.
