Known Issues

On 64 bit systems there is no Java Plugin from Sun available. Thus only web browsers with integrated Java support, e.g. Konqueror can be used. This issue should be resolved with Java 7.0.
On some systems loading and writing of files is not allowed even if the user trusts the applet. In this case you can load the model by pasting it into the textfield in the SBML tab.
